White Envelope is the result of chef Federico Tischler’s background and experience in the culinary world. However, every arepa that comes off of our “Budare” is the result of hard work, passion, and the desire to deliver the best of Venezuelan flavors through its signature dish. In every visit, you will receive a warm welcome from Federico, sous chef Leonardo Iranzo, and all the members of the White Envelope family.
We took from R. House Remington its history, soul, and hope, and designed our restaurant with our visitors in mind.
